Teamwork. Flexibility. Support. If you follow me on twitter, you may have seen these words posted before. They aren't random words, they are the 3 pillars to the educator team I work with. I teach a special needs class, which means I work with a team of educators. If we put it into team perspective, I am the "team lead". I have teammates (educational assistants) who are absolutely amazing, and I also work with an incredible administrative staff team.
